sites across the UK, we negotiate firmly with utilities suppliers to achieve highly competitive
rates on behalf of our clients. We work closely with our customers, to understand their business and
then recommend suitable energy savings measures to reduce their consumption and cost effectively.
This focused strategy combined with a personal feel of service enables clients to save time, money
and importantly also allows our clients to contribute to the UK’s net-zero targets.

We have three clear goals for your business
Goal 1:
Whether you are a domestic customer, a small independent or a large multi-site business, our
first goal is to continuously minimise the amount you spend on utilities. Negotiating new
contracts and diarising your renewal dates.
Using our large buying power (over 400 customer sites), Clear Bridge Consultancy trades with
around 20 utilities suppliers, naturally encouraging fierce competition for each of our pricing
tenders.
Goal 2:
To provide you with day-to-day customer service. We will save you from having to battle with the
suppliers directly, we act as a single point of contact to assist you with all the various
utilities challenges that your finance and property teams come across every day. This can range
from billing or admin issues with suppliers to metering and new connections work on site.
Goal 3:
To drive down your energy consumption and cost through renewable technology. Where Goal 1 focuses
on your contract rates, our third goal is to look at ways to reduce your energy usage. After
all, the cheapest unit of energy is the one we don’t use!
We have partnered with several no obligation energy efficient experts who carry out free of
charge site audits. They will follow up with a detailed energy saving report accompanied by
Return on Investment figures.
